Payments:

  1. No other payments referred to in the Third Schedule of the Sale and Purchase Agreement shall be made until the 43rd month.
  3. The purchaser is entitled at any time within the 42-month period, to apply to the developer to nominate another party to be substituted as the party to the SPA subject further to the payment of an administrative fee of RM500.00 by the purchaser to the developer.
